Innovation Kgotla is our NGO arm that strives to positively impact youth, women and vulnerable rural inhabitants ,providing training, coaching and empowerment opportunities in ICT, Innovation and Business. We apply the African philosophy of the ‘Kgotla’ an indigenous democratic system in Botswana to our modern-day innovation and business development. Technology plays a crucial role in today’s world. We recognize that ICT and digital industries provides a golden opportunity for the vulnerable communities to generate income, literacy, and most importantly combat poverty.
Innovation Kgotla launched “Generation Data” Program where we sought to equip thousands of Africans from across the country with 21st century ICT skills, with a foundation in Data including: Python coding, Data Theory, Business Applications of Data. Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, that are changing how we do our everyday work and the way we do business.

As we journey towards a more inclusive and technologically advanced world, through our IK Innovators and IK STEM Clubs, we continue to witness the transformative power of education and skill development in fostering resilient and self-reliant communities.
Skill Up Program
The Innovation Kgotla Skill Up Program, identifies and supports vulnerable, rural community members, recent mothers, unemployed youth and old being empowered with ICT and computer knowledge skilling up in securing working and business opportunities in today’s technological world.
